Shipping policy
We offer shipping to the US, Canada and most countries worldwide. Our first domestic options for shipping is with USPS and UPS, and the most cost effective for international. You have the option to expedite shipping on most orders through the ordering process.
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST. to start processing on the same day. Processing time are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
P.O. BOX Shipping: If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
- Please allow 4-8 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order.
*Please note if your order was shipped on a Free Shipping promotion in the US the order will ship via ground Standard Shipping.
*International orders must ship DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE
- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed
- A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
- All prices listed on this page are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency
- Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout
- Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
- International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses
